SCIENCE BEHIND RTT
SCIENCE BEHIND RTT
The Science Behind Neuroplasticity with Real Permanent Change
Neuroplasticity: Included with each RTT® session, a client receives a personalized bespoke recording that I create. This is based on their intake and session. The client listens to this recording in a Theta brain wave state for about 15 minutes/day for 21 days. This creates new neural networks for real change. Neuroplasticity science demonstrates that our brains can rewire fast with the right input within 10 – 21 days.
Contrast that with months or years of traditional talk therapies and you can see why RTT® is incredibly efficient and fast.
Can RTT® really be this fast and effective? Yes! RTT® takes known technology and therapy, blending them in a unique and proprietary way, which can produce instant desired outcomes turning the industry upside down in a most positive way. And, neuroscience backs this up.
“Our findings show that learning goes beyond local changes — it reshapes the communication between brain regions, making it faster, stronger and more precise. Learning doesn’t just change what the brain does — it changes how the brain is wired to do it. Learning… becomes coded in our brain.” Neuroscientists Pinpoint Where (and How) Brain Circuits Are Reshaped as We Learn New Movements, UC San Diego, Today, May 7, 2025 (Underline and bold added.)

The Science Behind RTT® Methodology

Neuroplasticity & Hebb’s Law: Hebb’s Law states: “Neurons that fire together, wire together.” This is fundamental to neuroplasticity, which describes the brain’s ability to rewire itself based on experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
RTT® is based on the principle that deeply ingrained neural network thought patterns and emotional responses can be rewired through hypnosis and guided reframing using established mental health modalities in a modern and proprietary way.
Dr. Carl Jung: The Shadow & The Root Cause of Issues: Jung Psychology suggests that the challenges people face are often not the real problem, but rather the result of deep-seated subconscious beliefs formed in early life.
His concept of the “shadow self” refers to aspects of the unconscious mind that shape behaviors and emotions without conscious awareness.
RTT® aligns with Jung’s work by helping individuals uncover and integrate hidden emotional wounds, enabling them to detach from outdated thought patterns.

Dr. Gabor Mate: Trauma, Emotional Suppression & the Mind-Body Connection. Dr. Mate, a leading expert on trauma and addiction, argues that many emotional and physical health issues stem from early childhood experiences and unresolved trauma. Dr. Mate highlights that suppressed emotions become stored in the body and can manifest as anxiety, depression, and even physical illness.
RTT® resonates with this approach, as it works to uncover and release suppressed emotional patterns by helping individuals reprocess past experiences and the feelings linked to them. But, instead of focusing on the symptoms, RTT® focuses on realigning the origin of the issue that drives the behavior.
Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory: The Nervous System & Emotional Regulation. Dr. Porges’ Polyvagal theory explains how the autonomic nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, influences emotional regulation and trauma responses. It describes how people get “stuck” in fight, flight, or freeze states due to past stressors and how rewiring subconscious responses can support emotional regulation.
RTT® through hypnosis and reframing can help shift individuals from dysregulated states (fight/flight/freeze) into a more regulated parasympathetic state where healing and self-awareness can occur.
